Buri RAM shelters much more Khmer archeological sites than any other province of Thailand.Two principal centers of interets are Khmer sanctuaries:
Prasat Hin Phanom Rung, which dominates the hill, and,
Prasat Hin Muang Tam in against-low.
Both attest strong influences khmeres XI with the XIII century in this region.Le Prasat Hin Phanom Rung were connected to Angkor by the road and have "low-reliefs" which recall the Hindu era Ramayana and Mahabharata.Chaque year, Buri RAM accomodates a festival of kites, at the beginning of December, and of the races of boats, at the beginning of November.
